I started CISO Masterminds because cybersecurity leadership shouldn't be a solitary job. After seven summits and a growing Inner Circle, our greatest asset is still the same one we started with: bringing together leaders who want to share information, challenge each other, and grow. I personally get to know every member before they join — this community is built one relationship at a time.
CISO Masterminds is an invitation-only, peer-to-peer network designed for CISOs, Deputy CISOs, and senior security leaders. We bring together Fortune 500 and enterprise cybersecurity executives for candid, off-the-record strategy sessions, biannual summits, and ongoing executive development—completely free from vendor pitches or trade-show noise.
Membership is hand-selected and restricted to active CISOs, Deputy CISOs, and senior enterprise security executives carrying organizational risk. Maintaining an elite, peer-level environment is central to our community, so all applicants are reviewed to ensure role alignment.
No. CISO Masterminds is strictly built around peer learning and genuine connection. Our roundtables, virtual sessions, and summits are off-the-record environments where leaders can share real operational challenges, board strategies, and incident lessons without being pitched.
We host two flagship in-person executive summits per year (Spring and Fall, coast to coast), alongside regular "Inner Circle" virtual roundtables, emergency peer check-ins, and strategic workshops throughout the year.
The community is designed to fit into a busy executive schedule. Members participate at their own pace—whether attending the biannual two-day summits, dropping into monthly 60-minute virtual discussions, or simply leveraging the network as a quick sounding board when critical challenges arise.
